Another incarnation of the well-worn body-switching genre that was so popular in the late 80s (Big, Vice Versa). Garner is the 30-year-old version of a 13-year-old girl who is taken advantage of by her peers and wishes to be a grown-up. Surprise, surprise - her wish comes true. Ruffalo and Greer are the adult versions of her best friend and rival, respectively. Unoriginal premise is buoyed by bright, bouncy tone, and engaging performances by Garner and Ruffalo. Scene where Garner spruces up a lifeless party by prompting an impromptu group dance is a riot.
